For the support of our teams at the branches in Starnberg (D), Vienna (A) and Zurich (CH), we are looking for a CRM Trainee / Junior Consultant (m/f) Customer Care Center for the support, optimation and for the technical consultation for the CRM software solutions used by our existing customers.
Your main tasks include:
- 1st and 2nd level application support for the CRM software solutions (e.g. system administration, import of data and analysis)
- in certain cases programming activities, interface design and development
- Introduction to customizing and configuration of the CRM software solutions from the companies update and Microsoft Business Solutions
- in certain cases on-site deployment at the customer's facilities (installations, cooperation in project work, training activities) in the scope of the introduction of CRM software solutions at our customer's premises.
Requirements:
- Ideally well-founded IT / EDP training or completed studies (e.g. computer sciences, business computing or the likes)
- Programming skills (e.g. MS Access, VB, VBA, vb.net, Java or c#) and database knowledge
- High quality consciousness and readyness to work independently
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English are advantageous
- Willingness to continuously improve your knowledge
- Ability to work in a team, pleasure to communicate and flexibility
