CRM Project Lead (m/f)
Location: Hamburg, Munich, Vienna or Zurich



Your role

...would give you responsibility and create opportunities for personal development. It would involve the planning, operation and management of CRM projects as the lead consultant. Furthermore, you would be looking after our customer base from the office and supporting our Sales team in pre-sale meetings. You would be a member of the Professional Service team, which builts up functional competence and technical know-how on all aspects of the CRM technologies we support.

We expect

  • completed studies (computer science, information systems or similar) and/or
  • good technical training and 3-4 years of consulting experience in an IT environment
  • min. 2 years' project experience with CRM tools
  • well-founded basic technical understanding
  • high level of quality awareness and personal responsibility
  • excellent written and spoken German and English
  • ability to communicate, flexibility and a professional manner
