Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant/Project Lead (m/f)
Location: Hamburg, Munich, Vienna or Zurich

Your role

... includes the planning, conception, and implementation of projects in the CRM environment on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related Microsoft technologies. As the main contact person for our customers, you will analyse requirements, prepare technical concepts, and create customised solutions. Moreover, you will support our sales department through presales activities.

You are a member of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Centre, a team within our professional service section which has developed competence and technical know-how in all areas relating to the CRM technologies we use (Microsoft, salesforce.com, update).

We expect

• passion for CRM
• several years of experience in process analysis, development of technical concepts, and solution design
• at least 2 years of experience in applying, adjusting and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0/2011
• consultant mentality, good perceptive faculty and ability of abstract thinking
• the will to advance your career towards the position of MSCRM project manager

Desired qualifications

• certification on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0/2011C
• familiarity with SQL, XML, C#, .NET, Jscript, Visual Studio
• certified business analyst or project manager
