Senior Business Consultant (m/f) for CRM
for strategic consulting of our international costumers
Location: Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich / Germany

We expect
- completed training and several years of work experience in the field of marketing, sales or services
- excellent knowledge of at least one of the following sectors: pharma industry, healthcare, chemistry, media or construction suppliers
- proven experience as a senior consultant in a field close to CRM/ERP
- experience in strategy or management consulting
- verifiable methodological competence in process analysis and modelling
- high level of interest in customer relationship management
- a consultant personality with pronounced analytical awareness for solutions and capacity for teamwork
- pronounced field-tested communication and presentation skills
- fluent spoken and written English; ideally another European language
