CEO
Armin Ribis is CEO and responsible for the areas of Finance, Organisation and manages the Swiss team. He has several years of experience in consultancy in the area of Controlling and CRM. Furthermore Mr Ribis brings with him experience of product management and lastly was employed in a management position responsible for Corporate Marketing and Business Development in an Austrian company. Since the start of 2007 he has been responsible for the development of business in Switzerland.

Rudolf König is a member of the board and responsible for the areas of Sales and Marketing. He has over 15 years experience in sales of consultation-intensive software solutions, more than 10 years experience in CRM and since 2004 has been Sales Manager at the Sensix group.
Stefan Deppe

Stefan Deppe is a member of the board and responsible for the areas of Business Consulting and Business Development. He has over 10 years experience in CRM consultancy as a Senior Consultant and since 2007 has managed the Business Consulting department at Sensix.

Alfred Raderer
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Alfred Raderer, IT u. Management Consultant, was a member of the management team of the consulting company Plaut for many years and has been working for IDS Scheer AG since 2003. As a member of the Board of Directors, he was responsible for Plaut's development in Central u. Eastern Europe and can thus rely on his extensive knowledge of markets in Central and Eastern/South-Eastern Europe. Development and extension of the activities were realized both through organic growth and through company take-overs which included the relevant integration management.
Mag. Horst Gaisbauer
Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Horst Gaisbauer has been Investment Manager at gcp gamma capital partners (GCP) since 2007 and has 10 years’ experience in the fields of corporate finance, growth financing and mergers & acquisitions. At GCP, he is responsible for mezzanine capital financing for growth and family-run companies and finance as part of management buy-in (MBI) and management buy-out (MBO) transactions.
Dirk Schäfer

Since the year 2000, Dirk Schäfer has been a member of E.ON Ruhrgas AG in Essen, Germany. As the head of client management he possesses many years of experience with advising listed companies and family businesses. The main topics of his activity are issues in the areas of controlling, mergers & acquisitions, finance and corporate governance.
Nicholas Pöschl

Nicholas Pöschl founded Sensix in 2003 together with Richard König and was on the Management Board and Managing Director of the Sensix companies from 2003 to May 2009. Entrusted lastly on the management team of one of the leading CRM software manufacturers with international responsibility, Nicholas Pöschl has over more than 10 years experience in the area of customer relationship management.

Richard König founded Sensix in 2003 together with Nicholas Pöschl and was on the Management Board and Managing Director of the Sensix companies from 2003 to May 2009. He has been active in sales, marketing and information technology as an entrepreneur for over 15 years and more than 10 years ago he specialised in the field of customer relationship management.
