CRM with guarantee of success – Sensix Solution Days 2010 in Munich

For the first time Sensix organises comprehensive information days on the topic of CRM – with a keynote by Martin Gutberlet, regional Vice President of Gartner

Munich, 20 May 2010 – For the first time in the German-speaking area Sensix offers companies the opportunity to directly compare the CRM solutions of five renowned producers (Microsoft, Oracle/Siebel, salesforce.com, SAP, update). During these two Sensix Solution Days on 15 and 16 June in Munich neutral advisers present and compare the various CRM systems.   Furthermore, the event offers numerous talks, work shops, best-practise examples and personal expert discussions.  People who are interested are encouraged to define the success factors of their CRM projects in order to find the best CRM solution for their company.

Guest speaker Martin Bayer, editor of the trade journal COMPUTERWOCHE, says about the Sensix Solution Days: "The fact that CRM systems cover so many different aspects of business – ranging from marketing and sales to the service – makes a thorough comparison of the strengths and weaknesses of the different systems on the market increasingly more important."

Special highlight: On the second day of the event Martin Gutberlet, Regional Vice President/Managing Director of Gartner Germany Ltd., will emphasise the importance of the correct procedure in a CRM initiative in his keynote speech. "What is crucial for a company's success is a measurable CRM strategy that pushes the customer experience to the forefront", claims Gutberlet.

Other speakers of this event are experts in the field of CRM, like Dr Tobias Carstensen of Brenntag plc, Karel Dörner of McKinsey & Company, Josef Jindra of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe (registered association), retired brigadier Stephan Kretschmer, and Axel Schnabel of Marketperformance Ltd.
