IFRA - Expo 2009

Sensix showcases latest CRM solution at IFRA Expo 2009.

Munich, 21/9/2009. The economic situation, over-fragmentation of individual media, the "problem of the Internet" and constantly changing customer needs are not only complicating it difficult for the media industry to grow but are also endangering the profitability of many traditional publishing houses and media companies. The publishing world is in a state of radical change and print media have to become more appealing while optimising their costs.

Therefore, Sensix has been specialising for years in customer relationship management for the media industry, advising customers on how to realign their strategies, optimise the relevant customer-oriented processes and introduce CRM software solutions. Its customers include well-known international publishing houses such as Axel Springer Verlag and the WAZ Group, as well as national media houses such as the Tiroler Tageszeitung, Braunschweiger Zeitungsverlag, Neue Westfälische and Nordwest Zeitung.

"We are expecting particularly high numbers of visitors and top-class guests at this year's IFRA Expo again – we have already received lots of requests for presentations. This confirms that the topic of CRM is gaining momentum in the publishing world and we have proven competence in the implementation of technology and strategic consulting", explained media expert Julia von Kuester, responsible for account management in the media sector at Sensix.

Sensix would be delighted to welcome visitors to its stand (hall A, stand A330) at the trade fair from 12th to 15th October.
