Job offensive at Sensix
In July Sensix acquires seven new customers and responds to the noticeable upward trend
Vienna, 10 August 2010 – The economic crisis has of course also left its marks on the CRM full service provider Sensix. "It was a difficult time, but owing to our broad customer basis in the whole German-speaking area and our consistent focusing on CRM as a full service provider we were able to emerge from the financial crisis even stronger than before and we can now continue to expand", claims Armin Ribis, chairman of Sensix plc.
Rudolf König, member of the board of management for marketing and sales at Sensix, is pleased with the fact that the last months' intensive market cultivation has yielded fruits. The acquisition of new customers does not stagnate anymore, but in fact has increased significantly - with seven promising new members in July. For August there are already four more assurances.
The new customers focus on CRM-SaaS-products (Software-as-a-Service) and show clear interest in CRM innovations and the application on the Apple iPad. In the last two months three customers have chosen a SaaS solution by salesforce.com and Sensix as a partner.
This makes Rudolf König confident because the large number of providers makes the SaaS market highly competitive at the moment. "Our teams are working more efficiently than ever. Already in May we launched a job offensive in the areas sales, software implementation, and business consulting (technology-independent consulting). Until the end of the year we want to increase our workforce by 7-10 per cent. Thus, we do not only respond to the rise in the quantity of orders, but we also wish to maintain and enhance our usual high quality of service", argues the chairman of Sensix.
