Social media as a major challenge for customer relationship management
The question how Xing, Facebook or Twitter can be used for the CRM of companies will be the main subject of the Sensix Solution Days on May 24th and 25th in Munich
"Currently, the most authentic communication between companies and customers occurs particularly in social media channels. At the same time, it is not an easy task to channel and feed this communication in a structured manner into the CRM systems of companies." This is how Rudolf König, board member for marketing and sales of the CRM full service provider Sensix, characterises the probably greatest challenge for CRM managers at the moment. Therefore, Sensix' Solution Days on May 24th and 25th in Munich focus on the issue of Social CRM, the combination of social media and customer relationship management.
As part of the event at the hotel Mercure at Munich airport, among other things, the results of a survey of 229 companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, investigating the topic of Social CRM, will be exclusively presented. Participants will certainly benefit from this event: Sensix experts will give talks in which they present and discuss practical solutions for a variety of problems in the customer relationship management.
This year, the event will also serve as a platform for exchange for customers from the fields of media, building suppliers and industry. "We do not only want to provide exciting workshops and talks, but also to encourage our customers to exchange views and ideas among each other. While planning this year's Sensix Solution Days, we attached particular importance to this aspect", claims Rudolf König.
The Solution Days of Sensix are now taking place for the second time this year. Already last year, the event impressed its visitors. "We would like to see a rerun of the inspiring Sensix Solution Days. The event has given us fresh impetus for our CRM", says Silke Roeloffs, manager for customer data and privacy at Best Western Hotels Germany.
