Sensix extends its product range and enters into partnership with Salesforce.com.

Sensix, one of the leading providers of full-service CRM solutions in Central Europe with over 350 successful CRM implementations, is extending its technology portfolio and going into partnership with Salesforce.com, the global market leader for "SaaS" ("Software as a Service") in the CRM area. As a result of this, Sensix is now offering Salesforce.com as a CRM technology platform in addition to solutions from Microsoft, Oracle/Siebel and update.

With Salesforce.com, Sensix is extending its implementation range to include true "plug & play CRM" which can be used by large and medium-sized companies to benefit from the advantages of SaaS technology, such as the short technical roll-out and lack of hardware and software procurement and operating costs in particular. A usage fee is all that is needed to start availing of the Salesforce.com technology and a customer is only charged for what he actually uses. At the same time, even complex processes and extensive integrations into existing system landscapes are made possible.

With this partnership, Sensix can now offer this alternative to customers in addition to the established partner solutions from Microsoft, Oracle/Siebel and update, thereby covering the customer relationship management value-added chain to a greater extent than ever before. As a provider of full-service CRM solutions, it offers everything from consulting on CRM initiatives in advance and software roll-out to the optimal operation of the solution and data quality optimisation, regardless of which CRM technology platform is best for the customer.
