Privacy statement
Sensix is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of the personal information of all visitors to this website. As a part of that commitment, we shall accommodate our visitors' need to know what information we collect about them, why we collect it and where it goes.
At this website, Sensix collects information in three ways:
Firstly, we passively collect information that is automatically sent to us by your web browser. This information typically includes your domain name (the part behind the @ in your email address) and possibly also your user name (the name you use in front of the @). The amount of information sent by your web browser depends on its settings. Please refer to your browser if you want to find out and change what information it sends. The information automatically given by your web browser tells us which pages of our website you visit, which website you visited before coming to our website and where you go after you leave our website. From this information, we can develop statistics that help us understand how our visitors use our website the most. Interpreting these statistics lets us know how best to arrange the content on our website so that visitors can find the information they are looking for as quickly and easily as possible.
Secondly, we may actively obtain information about you by installing a marker on your computer commonly called a "cookie". Cookies enable us to uniquely identify you by an unmistakable, computer-generated code. This code allows us to create a database of which pages you visited and your choices and preferences. Instead of having to query such data anew every time these choices and preferences need to be collected, we can provide them automatically, thus saving you time and effort. Your computer can be configured so as to reject cookies. Please refer to your browser's help manual for more information.
Thirdly, we collect information on this site when you contact us or respond to any surveys, questionnaires or applications we make available. By sending us any emails, you voluntarily release information to us. All computer-generated information, such as your email address, may be used by Sensix for the purposes named here. Any other use or forwarding of information is done in compliance with the prevailing legal regulations.

- Sensix will maintain procedures to assure that information about children, or other types of sensitive information, is only collected with explicit consent and is protected against improper use, consistent with applicable law.

- Sensix uses commercially reasonable methods consistent with industry practice to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure appropriate use of personal information.
- Sensix provides individuals a way to access collected information concerning their person and to correct any incorrect or incomplete data, to change the extent of individually granted consent or to block or delete their personal information.
- Sensix contractually obliges associated partners who receive personal information from Sensix or provide personal information to Sensix to adopt and comply with the principles and objectives of these guidelines.
- Under certain circumstances permitted or required by law or court order, Sensix will collect, use, and/or disclose personal information pursuant to procedures that do not require giving notice or conducting related activities (for example, in connection with law enforcement investigations).
- Sensix will align its guidelines, processes, policies and practices to comply with this policy; for example regarding information collected or used by Human Resources relating to former, current, or prospective employees.
- Sensix reserves the right to modify or update this policy or its related business practices at any time. Sensix will only apply changes to this policy retroactively to information Sensix has previously collected if this is legally permitted.
If you are concerned about our use of your personal information, please contact us.
