Sensix founds AG and emphasizes the growth course in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Vienna, 12 April 2007. After the successful consolidation of the CRM specialists Sensix and Netragon, the founding of Sensix GmbH in Switzerland and the takeover of a business unit of an Austrian consulting firm, Sensix bundles its market appearance under the new umbrella company Sensix AG. The 100% subsidiaries in Germany, Austria and Switzerland have also appeared under the umbrella brand Sensix in this new structure since the beginning of 2007.

Swissport relies on the CRM specialists Sensix

Zurich, 21 Feb. 2007. Swissport International Ltd. has decided for the CRM full service provider Sensix in view of the implementation of its CRM initiative. The recently started project for the optimation of the customer relationship management is intended to support the world's leading provider of airport services in further expanding its position in the world's market. In doing so, in the first phase of the project 200 users are equipped with the new CRM system update.seven. With this project Swissport expects a world-wide standard customer information platform and thus an additional professionalizing of its customer support.

First place for bauMax with the CRM Best Practice Award 2006

Starnberg / Vienna, 9 Nov. 2006. Already for the third time Sensix won a CRM Best Practice Award, this time with their customer bauMax, and thus highlights its CRM competence in the German speaking world.

Crucial for the decision of the 9 jury members was the high success and employee orientation of the CRM project. Right from the beginning, the project management from bauMax, Dr. Michael Scheuch and Mr. Alexander Winter, campaigned to introduce the CRM system in a practically oriented manner and close to the employees and the customers. The software solution update CRM from update software AG was perfectly suitable for this. The introduction of the CRM software as well as the project support were carried out by Sensix. Since 2005, bauMax has been successful in continuously expanding the wide customer database and optimizing the efficient target group marketing with the CRM system.
