Caritative organization even closer to the customer through the use of CRM software

Starnberg, 3 May 2006. For the improved customer approach at your serice centers, the Johanniter Unfall Hilfe e.V. Bavarian state association will rely on the CRM specialists Sensix-Netragon and commissioned the CRM full service provider both with the selection of a CRM system as well as with the implementation thereof. The selection was made in favour of the CRM system update.seven from update software AG, which has been implemented with 500 users in the Bavarain state association since 1 April 2006.

The purpose of introducting CRM is to improve the customer approaches from the service centers of the Johanniter Unfall Hilfe throughout the nation and to ensure a more flexible, extensive and quicker reaction.

"The determination of a CRM solution which fits our needs means an important first step for us. The team from Sensix-Netragon has taken over this task for us in a professional manner and could thus also gain our fullest trust for the next phase of our CRM initiative. After the selection of the CRM system of update software AG, we are expecting a successful implementation of our project goals: By the end of 2007, we hope that in our service centers all employees speak "the same language" and thus can cater to the needs of our customers even quicker and in more detail," according to Josef Jindra, responsible for the area of Service and Sales of the Johanniter in Bavaria.

The Johanniter Unfall Hilfe e.V. is a work of the Protestant Knights of St. John and one of the largest relief organizations in Europe. For centuries, the help from person to person is at the focal point of the work of the Johanniter. The commitment reaches from rescue services and outpatient care, children and youth work, training in first aid to international relief projects. In Bavaria the Johanniter Unfall Hilfe e.V. has around 1,100 full time employees, 3,500 voluntary helpers and 250,000 sponsors.
