New concentrated CRM competence in the German speaking world

Munich/Vienna, 6 March 2006. The company Sensix IT solutions GmbH and Netragon AG announce their upcoming merger...

The purpose of introducing CRM is to improve the customer approach from the service centers of the Johanniter Unfall Hilfe throughout the nation and to ensure a more flexible, extensive and quicker reaction.

Sensix, founded in 2003 by the CRM specialists Nick Pöschl and Richard König, has specialized right from the beginning on the CRM consultation and introduction of CRM standard software solutions in the German speaking market. In little more than 2 years Sensix grew very quickly and with around 25 permanent employees has a turnover of more than 2 million Euros and is thus one of the quickest growing consultants in this region.

In addition to CRM consulting and implementation Netragon, which was founded in 2000, has specialized in the operation of CRM solutions and the support in the area of CRM processes using marketing services. Additionally Netragon transfers processes such as telephone marketing, response processing or the research and methodic enhancement of data for their customers directly into their CRM system. With their customer Imparat Netragon won the CRM Best Practice Award at the CRM Expo in Cologne in 2005. The company recently reached a turnover of around 3.5 million € with 35 employees. Up to now Netragon has been financed by the venture capital associations gamma capital partners (Austria) and net-venture (Germany) as essential shareholders.

With this merger, the new company with locations in Starnberg, Frankfurt, Vienna and Basel is one of the leading purely CRM full service providers in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region and among others cares for customers such as Brenntag CEE GmbH, DePont, Fresenius Dabi (Switzerland) AG, Samsung Electronics GmbH, S&T System Integration & Technolog Distribution AG or 3M.

The services include classic CRM consultation such as the production of specifications or support with the selection of tools as well as the introduction of solutions of the producers Microsoft, Siebel or update. In the area of operation, Sensix and Netragon offer a multilingual help desk, the selective or complete application operation as well as the takeover of complete processes through oursourcing.

The transaction, the consolidation, the prospects

It is the goal of the new company to continue to develop the position in the existing region with the existing portfolio in order to conquer individual markets in the CEE region (Central & Eastern Europe) as a next step. The company merger is said to be completed in the 2nd quarter. With the support of the VC investors gamma capital partners and net-venture, the group will work on a middle term stock exchange story with a further strong organizational growth and additionally active use of acquisition chances, in particular in the CEE markets. Operatively, the group is managed by the two Sensix founders Nick Pöschl and Richard König. From the board of directors, the company development will be actively supported among others by the two VC investors Dr. Oliver Grabherr (designated board of directors director) and Kim Armbruster.

Quotes

"We see the operative merger of two strong partners into a DACH CRM leader as a very important milestone in order to provide our customers with a comprehensive service in customer relationship management. In doing so, we can not only accompany our customers in all phases of the CRM initiative, but rather also with their international projects," according to the two directors Nick Pöschl and Richard König.

"On the part of gamma capital partners, we are happy that our portfolio company is contributing to the reinforcement of a larger, dynamic group and thus the chances for internationalization, acquisition and a later possible exit of our shareholding which does not exclude a listing on the stock exchange increases massively," says Oliver Grabherr optimistically. Kim Armbrustere adds: "As a net-venture we financed Netragon as early as the founding in 2001. With the merger with Sensix, we also view the VC syndicate with gamma capital partners to bear a great potential for a further dynamic company development."

Hermut Mangold, Netragon founder and largest private shareholder: "With Sensix the CRM competences will be expanded to the advantage of the customers and synergies will be created. Together the companies have excellent references. With the merger, we are coming much closer to my vision of a European CRM full service provider."
