The 'CRM for media' concept is deemed convincing. Sensix also wins Nordwest-Zeitung as customer.


Vienna, 14 January 2008. Nordwest-Zeitung's goal is the development and implementation of the 'CRM strategy' for the directed control of the customer-oriented sales and marketing processes in all relevant sectors of the publishing house. In this, the focal point of the CRM is on the 'Alignment of the market cultivation with customers' needs'.

After creating the specification requirements, Sensix will undertake the implementation of the CRM solution update.seven. Having, in a first step, cross-linked the sales sector, extensions around the advertisement sector will be conducted in a second step.

For the sake of the customer's visibility across all business units and in order to reduce media gaps, one emphasis of the project is placed on the integration of existing publishing house systems, and particularly on SAP systems (in a first step IS-M/SD).

Other focal points are on: Master data administration, budget building, relationships, features and interests, customer complaints, campaign and workflow management.
