The Uzin Utz Group relies on the CRM Full Service Provider Sensix and the CRM solution from update.

Starnberg, 3 Aug. 2006. Effectively maintaining customer relationships and networking customer information throughout the company. This is the goal which the Uzin Utz Group follows with the introduction of a central CRM system. For support with the implementation, the international group from the construction secondary industry commissioned the CRM full serevice provider Sensix. Crucial for this decision was among other things the specific industry know-how of the CRM specialists. When selecting the CRM system, the decision was made in favour of the web version of update.seven from update software AG.

"In the CRM solution update.seven we have clearly found our specifications. After the selection of software, Sensix will now also support us with the successful implementation of our project goals. We imagine that our employees can address the needs of our customers more directly and in more detail by the middle of 2007 thanks to CRM," according to Stefan Pircher, responsible manager for the areas of Central Controlling, Market & Communications at Uzin Utz AG.

In the scope of the CRM initiative Sensix takes over the compete introductory consulting, the integration in the existing system landscape and the support with the world wide rollout in 42 countries.

In the next months, the challenge for Uzin Utz and Sensix - Netragon will be to consolidate a heterogenous data landscape from differing departments and product ranges and to implement update.seven by the beginning of 2007 for more than 100 users as a leading customer management system. For example in future a customer value model based on update.seven, a more transparent sales control and a multilevel campaign managmenet should be realized. In addition expansions of the system are already being planned for the time after the introductory and familiarization phases. For example complex objects typical for the construction industry should be adjusted to the needs of Uzin Utz and transferred to the CRM system. The use of mobile CRM is also planned at Uzin Utz in the near future.

In January 2007, Sensix founded an independent company in Zurich with the goal of being able to better support customers in Switzerland. The Swiss company is a 100% subsidiary of Sensix AG in Vienna. Sensix has been active for several years in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and in addition to the company Swissport International supports further renowned companies.
